Hey, animal lovers! Want to include your pet(s)/ other family member(s) in one of the most special moments of your life??? Well, why not!? Our pets bring us some of the greatest joy in our lives- why would we want to count them out? I feel your pain on thinking they could possibly be excluded on your wedding day. The initial thought might be, “Well how could I include them? Most people won’t allow or approve of pets being on site for a wedding.” Well this might be true, especially if the wedding is held inside. You would have to go to through the right people to have permission for this idea. If it is outside, I don’t see how there could be a problem with it, just as long as the proper pre-cautions are taken—though you would still have to run it by the owner/ manager of the property.
I’m even thinking it’d be fun to include your guests’ furry friends if they want to bring em’! The invitations could list that that their furry family member(s) are invited as well. This sounds like a ton of fun, I know, but we also have to keep in mind how to control them while they are in attendance at the wedding. There would need to be a short list of the rules to follow while they have their pets with them--- such as keeping them on a leash and not roaming freely, which would also prevent the dogs from getting in fights with others, etc. If you really want to have fun with including the animals on your wedding, make sure there are treats (favors) for them as well.
