If you are a bride trying to decide on whether you are in need of an event planner, you are! Who better than the ladies at Decadent Details Events. I can tell you, with assurance, that you will be in the best hands and care with Ms. Knight and Mrs. Solbrig. These women are true to their mission statement, and working alongside them this semester has been insightful, but more than that, it has been a real pleasure.

I decided I wanted to go into making bride’s wedding dreams come true, and that is exactly what Decadent Details Events is all about. Whether you are looking for a traditional wedding, or you have a different spin to your wedding theme, these ladies can do it all. Being a bride of the Decadent team means that you will have two devoted wedding consultants that take their profession and your wedding plans seriously. They will do all they can to give you the wedding you have dreamed of. From tastings, to decisions on vendors, and all the little details in between the engagement to your walk down the aisle, these ladies get it done.


DIY brides, it may seem like you have it all under the wraps, but on the wedding day and the weeks leading up, you are going to want a coordinator to ensure all your wedding plans run accordingly. Wedding day glitz! Brides everywhere love dressing up and getting dolled up for their special day. We understand that every bride will be different, some placing more or less importance on their make up, but it is not something to decide on last minute. Here are a few tips to get that perfect look you are aiming for.

Your big day is fast approaching! Stress is building up and a lot of changes are about to take place. First, take a deep breath. Next, gather the girls and pamper yourself. Take a day out to the spa with the bridesmaids and mothers. Take the time to relax and treat yourself. Free your mind from wedding thoughts and just enjoy the day with loved ones.

With wedding venues becoming unlimited, the backdrop factor has made it to the forefront of big days everywhere. A backdrop will allow you to transform any venue into a place all your own design and style. Whether you are shooting for a more casual feel or a romantic touch, backgrounds are the biggest, decoration you can use to create a special and individualized effect.

Backdrops come in a variety ways. You can dress any space in florals, pinwheels, lights, or drapery. You can use the colors of your wedding or use neutrals to create a subtle contrast.
