Will you be my Bridesmaid?

Written by Decadent Details Assistant, Brianna Hammonds

You said "Yes!" and you've picked the wedding date...now it's time to pick who will be by your side!
Although this should be exciting and fun, it can often be hard and daunting...why? Because you don't want to hurt anyone's feelings!

Choose those who have been and always will be there for you! Don't choose out of obligation or etiquette.  How many should you choose?  You can have two or ten in your wedding party. Totally your call!  Follow your heart!

Let your planner know how many attendants will be on each side. This helps them in planning the itinerary and logistics of your day. If you choose to have more than three each to stand by your side, we often suggest to reserve the first row for your bridal party other than your Maid of Honor and Best Man. By doing this, the attention is on you and your Groom...which is why everyone is here!

Picking the Perfect Venue!

Written by Decadent Details Assistant, Brianna Hammonds

As a little girl, you always dreamed about your Wedding Day. One major detail that you have to consider is where you will have your wedding. The venue is extremely important and one of the most significant planning choices you will have to make for your wedding. Before you decide on a location, there are a few factors to think about. Do you want an inside or outside ceremony, what is your style (Modern, Shabby Chic, Rustic), and approximately how many guests will attend the event.  Also when choosing a venue, don't only consider your style but also do your research on what is included. Just because the venue is only $1000 doesn't mean it's a better deal than the $5000 venue if the $5000 venue includes tables, chairs, etc. and the $1000 one doesn't.

Remember we are always here to help you find the perfect venue and vendors for
your style and your budget!

The Day of Your Dreams!

Written by Decadent Details Assistant, Brianna Hammonds

"A Life lived in Love will never be Dull"

Congratulations! He  popped the question and you said “YES!"

Regardless of whether you've dreamed of your Wedding Day since you were 5 years old or the dream began the moment you said "Yes". It's now time to start thinking about the day you say "I Do" to the Man of your Dreams! So many thoughts will run through your mind which may become overwhelming, like where and when, who you want to be your side, and  finding the perfect dress! Nowhere was there a yes to complicated, stressful wedding planning.

Take a deep breath and start collecting your thoughts about the day of your dreams. We suggest you start a  wedding folder. Whether you decide to collect your ideas and thoughts in an actual binder or on a Pinterest Board, these collective ideas will help you in the planing process. The ideas you've collected will give you and you're vendors (especially your Wedding Planner) an overview of things you like and a general idea of what you & your fiancĂ© want your Wedding Day to be!
