Okay, so it is not a real wedding, but I finally got the chance to watch the first half of Breaking Dawn. The wedding of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen was one of the most highly-anticipated events last fall. Designer Carolina Herrera was hired to create all of the elegant fashion the world was dying to see come to life!
Let’s start with the amazing shoes! Carolina worked with famous designer Manolo Blahnik to create the custom-made jewelled satin Pumps. Even though the shoes were custom-made for the movie, they can now be purchased for a hefty price of $1,295.
Now, I also have to highlight the dress Carolina designed for Bella to wear down the aisle! The dress has a very modest front with full length sleeves, but then a shockingly sexy lace back. The dress is valued for $35,000 and can be found in Herrera’s 2012 designer collection!
